This latest innovation consists of a perforating cap with a tamper-evident ring and sealed, single-dose container.
It offers consumers a system for freshly reconstituting medicines or food supplements just before taking them. The active ingredient to be added can be in liquid or powder form. It is hermetically stored in the reservoir in the cap until it is tapped, when it falls into the liquid in the bottle to be mixed.
