As a company, it is important to take care of our environmental responsibility. Therefore, we constantly work to see how we can contribute to a more sustainable society. Now we have taken another step in our efforts to reduce our environmental impact.
It is a standard extruded tube … But this tube is produced from a material that supports our planet in an environmental way. Now with Tectubes, our partner company, we can offer our customers a plastic material that is based on 100% renewable sources. Green PE is based on sugar cane. A renewable natural resource with excellent processability which act very similar to our existing PE in the extrusion process. We can also add an extra layer of EVOH if a better barrier is needed.
As the material acts very similar to our standard material we can offer our greener option on all of our extruded plastic tube. We also recommend our customers to choose our own push-on cap which is also produced with Green PE.
