The patented Hype tube is one example of the ongoing efforts to develop new, innovative packaging. It has a unique oval design which provides a greater display surface on the tube’s front and rear sides. The tube consists of an extruded pipe, and a moulded cap that is fused directly to the sleeve. In this way there is a saving of up to 20% in material use. At the same time the inside of the cap is provided with a sloping wall, which makes it easy to empty.

Just like all extruded plastic tubes the Hype tube always returns to its original shape despite use, meaning that the brand or the message on the tube will always look the same throughout the products lifecycle.

The Hype tube is available in 40 and 50 diameters, and in addition we can offer exactly the same possibilities as with our extruded tubes. Should you need an extra barrier we can of course offer co-extrusion. The tube can be transparent or in any other desired colour. With 6 colour offset printing, 4 colour screen printing and hot foil stamping combined with close co-operation with our graphics department your product will provide just the image that you want it to have.

The Hype tube works just like any other tube during the filling process. There is no problem whatsoever using standard tools for feeding the tubes into a filling machine.

All our plastic tubes are made of pure polyethylene plastic, which means that they are 100% recyclable.
